As of January 1, 2008, PAS is managing the Restaurant Owners Safety Association (ROSA) plan for workers compensation for Georgia, Florida and Alabama risks in the hospitality industry through Florida Hospitality Mutual Insurance Company. These accounts were previously insured through Georgia Restaurant Mutual Captive Insurance Company (GRMCIC). PAS will continue to administer GRMCIC during its dormancy period until all claims are paid out. Eligibility to the ROSA plan includes family style, fine dining and fast food restaurant operations, hotel and motel operations including restaurant operations, other hospitality associated classifications.
