Welcome to PAS-GA.com, the web presence of Program Administration Specialists, Inc. PAS), a program and captive insurance company manager. As of January 1, 2008, PAS is managing the Restaurant Owners Safety Association (ROSA) plan for workers compensation for Georgia, Florida and Alabama risks in the hospitality industry through Florida Hospitality Mutual Insurance Company. These accounts were previously insured through Georgia Restaurant Mutual Captive Insurance Company (GRMCIC).
PAS will continue to administer GRMCIC during its dormancy period until all claims are paid out.
Eligibility to the ROSA plan includes family style, fine dining and fast food restaurant operations, hotel and motel operations including restaurant operations, other hospitality associated classifications.

Our Mission
Mission: Program Administration Specialists, Inc. was established to assist employers in providing a stable environment for workers compensation for its members by providing prompt and caring healthcare to injured workers, working with cost containment measures to the fullest extent available under the law, including managed care, post accident drug testing and return to work programs and ultimately returning profits to the plan participants. PAS uses authorized brokers to place coverage through FHM. See the find an agent link on the website. The ROSA program currently writes nearly $3 million in premiums for restaurant owners and other hospitality risks. PAS has helped ROSA, GAFFA and GRMCIC plan participants receive more than $3 million in dividends since it began administration in 1993.
